Requirements for Attestation of School Leaving Certificates:
- Progress report issued by the concerned school.
- School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the EDO, Education / DEO / Concerned Directorate of Education.
- Photocopy of father’s CNIC and B-form of the applicant.
Note: Grade 9 or 10 showing as passed through the school is not attested by IBCC because these grades have to be passed through an external examination board/body.
Verification Required from Respective Boards:
There is no longer need to physically bring a verified photocopy in a sealed envelope of SSC and HSSC certificates for verification of BISE Balochistan, BISE Bahawalpur, Federal BISE Islamabad, BISE Lahore, BISE Malakand, BISE Quetta, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Sahiwal, and Ziauddin University Examination Board at the IBCC office. Instead, for the boards mentioned above, please use the online portal provided by the respective board to apply for certificate verification.
For students from other examination boards in Pakistan, please follow the verification process outlined on the IBCC website, which may involve bringing verification of certificates/result cards in a sealed envelope from the relevant board.
Attestation by Visiting IBCC Offices:
Steps to follow:
- Book an appointment (date and time) when completing the Attestation Application.
- Pay the IBCC Fee through 1Bill (Mobile Banking / Easypaisa / Jazz Cash) / United Bank Limited.
- Bring your application form to the IBCC Office in person or through authorized blood relative along with the following documents:
- Original Educational Documents
- Photocopy of CNIC/Passport
- Original Fee Receipt
- Duly verified photocopies in a sealed envelope from concerned board (only for boards where online verification is not available).
- Track your application status from Status Tab in attestation portal and visit the IBCC office to receive attested documents once these are ready.
