The IBCC’s Express Service offers same-day attestation within an hour for urgent document needs, bypassing the usual wait for booking appointment on available empty slot (approx. 20 days ahead) or 15 day processing time for applications received through courier.
Express Service is available Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm-11:00 pm in summer and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in winter, except the public holidays during the working days.
Express Service is available in IBCC Secretariat, Islamabad only at the moment. However, the IBCC intends to extend this service to other regions as well in future.
Document attestation requires 30-40 mins of processing in Express Service and are returned within an hour of submission.
Attestation for each original document costs Rs. 3000, whereas attestation for each photocopy costs Rs. 1500.

Currently, there is no specified limit on the number of documents, but applicants should check with IBCC for possible limitations based on demand.
To use the Express Service, appointments can be scheduled online through the IBCC portal by selecting the Express Service option during the application process.
