Examination Application Process

Once you have applied for equivalence and a deficiency letter has been issued, you can register for the examination in deficient subjects.

Step 1

Log in to the Equivalence Portal using your existing credentials.

Step 2

From the left-side menu, click on the “Examinations” option and select “Apply Examination.”

Step 3

Enter your Equivalence application ID. The system will retrieve your data. Enter the deficient subject(s) you wish to apply for.

Step 4

Attach the mandatory documents and then apply.

Step 5

Download the challan form and pay the prescribed fee online via 1-Bill using PSID mentioned in the challan.

Step 6

After making the payment, download the Application Form and carefully readthe instructions for further action.

Step 7

Once your application has been scrutinized, your Roll Number will be displayed on the portal.

Step 8

Download your Roll Number Slip and read the instructions before appearing in the examination.

Step 9

Appear for the examination on the stipulated date and time.

Step 10

The results will be declared and displayed in due course of time on your exam portal
