The Government of Pakistan has entrusted the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) with the responsibility of assessing and determining the equivalence of educational qualifications and certificates up to the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) level from various education systems. This includes both indigenous qualifications awarded by recognized Pakistani Institutions and foreign qualifications awarded by recognized foreign Institutions that have been evaluated and aligned with the relevant Pakistani educational standards.
