VERIFICATION
The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) only verifies equivalence certificates issued by IBCC and documents attested by IBCC. Verification is not provided to third parties, brokers, agents, or consultants if the purpose of verification is unclear. If an organization needs verification, it must clearly state the purpose of the request. Additionally, all requests must be submitted on the official letterhead of the department making the request.
Manual Verification of Pre-QR Code Documents
IBCC only verifies equivalence certificates issued by IBCC and documents attested by IBCC. Verification requests are not accepted from third parties, brokers, agents, or consultants if the purpose of verification is unclear. Organizations requesting verification must clearly state the purpose of the request. All requests must be submitted on the official letterhead of the department making the request to ensure authenticity.
Requirements for Manual Verification:
- Official Request: A formal request on the department’s official letterhead, clearly stating the purpose of verification.
- Required Documents: Legible photocopies of the IBCC-issued equivalence certificate(s) or attested documents requiring verification.
- Verification Fee:
- A fee of Rs. 600 per certificate and Rs. 300 for courier charges is required.
- Payments can be made in cash at any IBCC office or through an online challan generated on the IBCC website: https://beta.ibcc.cloud/.
- Additional Requirements: IBCC reserves the right to request original educational documents and original equivalence certificates if necessary.
