Requirements for Equivalence

Requirements for Equivalence of Qualifications

Applicants are required to submit the following documents for the equivalence assessment:

1. Completed Equivalence Application Form:
Applicants must fully complete the application form, providing details of their qualifications.

2. Proof of Accreditation/Recognition:
A document confirming that the awarding institution or body is officially recognized.

3. Official Transcripts, Diploma/Certificate:
Official transcripts, and Diploma/Certificate from the awarding institution covering the entire course of study, including original mark sheets or diploma/certificates. Original diplomas/certificates will be promptly returned to the applicant, however, the transcripts will be kept in record. The applicants must submit complete academic record from Grades 9 to 12.

4. Translation of Documents (if applicable):
If the documents are not in English or Urdu, certified translations must be provided from the concerned embassy OR NUML.

5. Curriculum or Syllabus Copy:
A copy of the curriculum or syllabus is required to assess the course content and intensity, particularly for new qualifications and subjects.

6. Identity Verification:
A photocopy of the applicant’s passport, including visa details and exit and entry stamps covering the duration of the study, is required if the qualification was obtained abroad. Pakistani nationals must submit a copy of their national ID or Form B.

7. Additional Requirements:
Additional documentation may be required on a case-by-case basis and must be provided by the applicants.
